In the tranquil stillness of a misty morning, the landscape peacefully reveals itself. The mysterious hues of purple and navy are expressed on the raw canvas as if they are slowly seeping in. Many sheer layers are repeatedly wetted and soaked onto the raw canvas to create and reveal the formation of mountains and water reflections. The results achieved through this patient and slow process is meaningful and worth it in of itself.  
I believe this painting is a peaceful and harmonious meditative piece that provides a soothing effect to the heart.
